Terms of Service
Last updated: 2 April 2026
These terms govern your use of the Food Safety Hub website at foodsafetyhub.com.au ("the site"), operated by JDCS. By using the site or purchasing any product, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from the use of this site or the purchase of products are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
Information on this site
Food Safety Hub provides general information and comparison data about Australian Food Safety Supervisor (FSS) training providers. All information is provided for general guidance only and does not constitute legal, compliance, or professional advice.
Food safety requirements — including approved training providers, certificate validity periods, and state-specific obligations — can change without notice. While we make reasonable efforts to keep information current and include "last verified" dates on provider data, we cannot guarantee that all information on the site is accurate, complete, or up to date at any given time.
Always verify current requirements directly with your state food authority or local council before making compliance decisions. Do not rely solely on the information on this site.
No warranty on provider data
Provider pricing, course availability, delivery formats, accreditation status, and NSW approval status are sourced from provider websites and official registers at the time of verification. Each data point includes a last-verified date. We make no warranty that this information remains current. Always confirm details on the provider's own website before enrolling in a course or making a payment to any training provider.
HACCP plan service
Food Safety Hub offers an AI-generated HACCP plan document for a one-time fee of $199 (AUD). By purchasing this product, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- → The HACCP plan is an AI-generated draft document. It is not a certified regulatory document and has not been reviewed or approved by any food safety authority, auditor, or certifying body.
- → The plan is based on the information you provide during the generation process. The accuracy and completeness of the output depends on the accuracy and completeness of your inputs.
- → You must review the generated plan with a qualified food safety professional before using it for regulatory, audit, or compliance purposes. The document is a starting point, not a finished compliance submission.
- → We make no representation that the plan will satisfy the requirements of any particular food authority, council, or auditor. Requirements vary by state, business type, and food category.
- → The $199 fee is a one-time charge for the generation and delivery of the document. See our Refund Policy for details on when refunds apply.
Affiliate disclosure
Some links on this site are affiliate or referral links. If you click through to a training provider and enrol, we may receive a commission from that provider. This commission is paid by the provider and does not affect the price you pay. Sponsored provider listings are clearly labelled as "Sponsored". Our commercial relationships with providers do not affect the factual data we publish — all provider data is independently verified regardless of whether an affiliate or sponsorship arrangement exists.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JDCS and Food Safety Hub are not liable for any loss or damage arising from:
- → Reliance on information or comparison data on this site
- → Use of the HACCP plan document without appropriate professional review
- → Actions taken by any third-party training provider
- → Any regulatory outcome, compliance failure, or penalty relating to your food business
Nothing in these terms excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded by contract.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects any changes. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
